You are…

As Application Specialist, you provide sales support, and resolve customer application questions for different products within our product lines. Ideally you have experience from a combination of customer applications support and laboratory instruments.

You will be…

Responsible for providing technical and application support when required during the sales process and post sales. Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or application/design-in support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography.

Handle incoming application, sample measurement and support requests (except those handled by the service department).
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Responsible for our lab and to keep it in order.
Pack and facilitate shipping of instruments and accessories from the Malmö office to other locations in the Anton Paar Nordic territory.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing strategies.
You will mainly work with products in the field of Rheology, Gas absorption, Particle and Material characterization

Requirements:

PhD or master’s degree preferred in related business or technical field (Chemical engineering, Physics, Analytical Chemistry or similar)
Solid problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish or Finnish
Driving license
Willing to travel from time to time
