Department Manager Measurement Technology (f/m/x)

• Leading the Measurement Mechanics department with 7 employees
• Setting up, programming, and measuring in-house manufactured mechanical components using coordinate, form, and contour measuring devices and associated automation systems
• Performing geometric and optical inspections according to inspection plans and specific requirements
• Introducing new measurement methods and optimizing as well as further developing inspection processes to reduce measurement efforts and increase throughput
• Documenting quality notifications in SAP

• Completed training in a metalworking profession with a focus on machining
• Extensive professional experience as a measurement technician and initial leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of quality
• Excellent German skills
• Solid expertise in programming and measuring complex components (Calypso)
• Excellent knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Hands-on experience with various measuring devices (coordinate, form, contour, surface, and optical measuring equipment)
• Completed AUKOM training and SAP knowledge are advantageous

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000  to € 5.000.
