Latest developments in surface zeta potential determination: From oil recovery to life sciences

Streaming potential measurement is the method of choice for the determination of the surface zeta potential. In the past decades the streaming potential method has been established for the zeta potential analyses of granular media, fibers, and materials with a planar surface. These categories of samples usually disable a non-destructive zeta potential analysis and represent model surfaces.

Sophisticated sample geometries require extraordinary sample holders.  In this webinar we introduce latest developments of sample holders

  • for rock and core analysis for researching Enhanced Oil Recovery,
  • for single- and multi-channel tubular membranes for microfiltration and ultrafiltration, and
  • for pre-filled syringes to determine the charge at the inner wall of syringes and its interaction with the drug formulation.
