Advances in Zeta Potential Analysis of Turbid and High Concentration Particle Systems


Zeta Potential is a useful metric for predicting and assessing the stability of particle and protein formulations. One limitation found in most Zeta Potential instruments is the inability to measure the zeta potential of high concentration or turbid particle systems without first diluting the sample or using highly specialized or costly sample holders. The new cmPALS technology and Omega cuvette design from Anton Paar enable direct Zeta Potential analysis of many high concentration and turbid particle systems without dilution.
