Customer Service Specialist - Maternity Leave

Anton Paar Canada, one of the world leaders in scientific instrumentation and services, has an immediate opportunity available for an Administration Clerk.


  • Handling day to day administration duties
  • Entering purchase orders, providing order confirmations 
  • Sorting and answering emails from customers 
  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Receiving, processing, sorting and distributing manually or electronically incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, messages and courier packages by courier
  • Performing other duties as assigned


  • At least 2 years work experience in a supporting role
  • SAP/ERP experience is a strong plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office 
  • Willingness and ability to learn continuously
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in French and English
