Unlike other CO2 measuring systems, the Carbo 2100 has no membranes which age and affect accuracy, requiring costly and time-consuming replacement. The manometric method used by Carbo 2100 requires no on-site calibration. Any deviations to lab results, i.e. loss of CO2 during filling, head space volume in the can / bottle, different concentration tables or influence of other gases can be eliminated by a simple offset.
