The PBA-B Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Beer represents a new product family from Anton Paar for rapid and high-precision analysis directly out of the beverage package. The PBA-B determines the alcohol, original extract, extract, color, pH, density and CO2 content of beer and beer-based beverages directly out of bottles and cans. Time-consuming sample preparation is no longer required.

Four reliable components

The new PBA-B combines the reliable density meter DMA 4500 or DMA 5000, the Alcolyzer Plus Beer, the CO2 measuring device CarboQC and the semiautomatic filling device PFD for bottles and cans. If you already have one or more of these instruments, they can be integrated into the system.

VisioLab for Alcolyzer

"VisioLab for Alcolyzer" is a data management and analysis software designed for the Alcolyzer Plus Beer and PBA-B Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Beer. The Anton Paar software records and stores data, creates graphical representations and performs statistical analysis. The operation is intuitive: the look and feel is based on Microsoft Office and therefore familiar to most users.
