The PBA-S determines the CO2 content, package pressure and CO2-corrected Brix, density and SG values of non-alcoholic beverages. Further sample parameters, such as the air content, temperature, CO2-corrected apparent SG, etc., can be selected. All results are displayed on the DMA 4500/5000 and can be stored or sent to a printer, PC or LIMS.
Easy operation for your sample
Enter the sample identification conveniently using a keyboard or bar code reader. Select one of the predefined measuring methods on the CarboQC appropriate for your type of sample, e.g. mineral water, diet drinks or sugar-based soft drinks.
Safe, direct, and fast
The PFD filling device can easily be adapted to different kinds of bottles and cans and is safe to operate. The samples are directly taken from the original package and measured in 2 to 3 minutes. No sample preparation is required, and both Brix and CO2 content are measured in one go. These features ensure highly repeatable measurement results.
