Automatic cleaning and drying - filling highly volatile, highly viscous samples

After measurement, the SP3-V cleans the autofilling capillary with two liquids and dries it before the next measurement. Highly volatile and highly viscous samples can also be filled by defining parameters such as filling mode, pumping speed and number of rinsing cycles.

Different filling modes (suction/ pressure)

Measure samples with different viscosities up to 1000 mPa.s. It automatically adjusts the pumping speed and number of rinsing cycles to suit the viscosity. Choose between 'pressure mode' for volatile samples and samples with high viscosity, e.g. hydrocarbons, and 'suction mode' for low viscous samples.

Using less sample saves you money

Reduce sample costs by using small sample volumes (5 to 8 ml). An optional attachment allows measurement of as little as 3 ml sample volume.

Robust design
|
|
The SP3-V was specially designed for use in the polymer industry. All wetted parts are made of PTFE, stainless steel, PCTFE and Kalrez. The O-rings are made of silicone (optional NBR or Viton).
