Accurate spirits analysis ensures excellent product quality. The Alcolyzer Plus Spirits determines alcohol %vol, color and pH of alcoholic beverages. There are two methods available: "Whisky" for spirits with an extract content up to approx. 5 g/l, such as whisky, vodka, gin and rum, and "Cognac" for spirits with an extract content up to approx. 20 g/l, such as cognac and brandy.

Save time with quick adjustment

No need to develop adjustments - use only distilled water and occasionally an alcohol/water solution for the alcohol adjustment and standards for the color and pH adjustment. Standard operating procedures automate the adjustment routine.

After just 10 minutes start-up, the Alcolyzer Plus Spirits is ready to measure, so you don't waste valuable time waiting for instrument set-up as is the case with some instruments.

Stand-alone system for use at the production line
|

One version of the Alcolyzer Plus Spirits is specially designed for use at the production line. The samples are automatically filled into the measuring cells using the sample filling unit
SF-1. The measuring results are displayed, can be printed out or stored and transferred to a printer, PC or LIMS system later.

Combined system for the laboratory

The Alcolyzer Plus Spirits can be combined with DMA 4500/DMA 5000 density meters and an SP-1m sample changer for extended beverage analysis in the laboratory. A keyboard, a bar code reader and a printer are additional options for easy operation.
