Color and pH value are optional. The results are comparative to the distillation method.

Simply check daily with distilled water and occasionally with an ethanol/water solution and the Alcolyzer Plus Beer Analyzing System delivers excellent results for samples with up to 12 % v/v.

The Alcolyzer Plus requires very litte start-up time, just 10 minutes and it is ready for operation. Thermostatting is also automatic with the integrated solid-state thermostat so you don't need to set the temperature manually or worry about water baths.
