The Original Extract Monitor is used for the accurate inline determination of original extract and beer temperature. Its short response time allows to adjust production conditions immediately and keep the product within the desired specifications. Temperature influences are automatically compensated.
CO2 Correction
For carbonated beverages it is useful to compensate for varying CO2 concentrations. A Carbo CO2 analyzer signal can be fed into the evaluation unit to provide complete compensation of the CO2 variations. This creates an economical package for original extract monitoring and CO2 compensation.
