CO2, alcohol, extract, and original extract content are determined out of the original package in the closed system using only 120-150 mL of sample - with no loss of CO2 or alcohol. This leaves enough sample for any other checks required. The PBA-B not only analyzes beer, it can also be used to determine the Brix value and CO2 content of soft drinks.
Easy to operate
You can use a keyboard or bar code reader for easy entry of sample IDs. The displayed measurement values can be stored or sent to a printer, PC or LIMS.
Safe, direct, fast
The filling device can be easily adapted to fit different packages and is simple and safe to operate. The sample does not require manual prethermostatting. Pressing the Start button automatically fills approx. 120 - 150 mL of sample into the Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Beer and the measurement is carried out in only four minutes.
