The Alcolyzer Wine saves you time in the lab. Just check the Alcolyzer Wine daily with distilled water and occasionally with an ethanol/water mixture and adjust if necssary. Minimal sample preparation is required and the measurement takes approximately 1 minute ensuring a high throughput of samples per hour. Very different samples can be measured immediately after one another without carry-over effects meaning no time-consuming cleaning routines between samples. The Alcolyzer Wine measures the % v/v alcohol content of wine, sparkling wine, cider and rice wine in the range of 0 to 20 % v/v
